Building Guide?

I was wondering if anyone could provide information for any play style on how to build up mines for the early stages of the game, then also for the late stages of the game. Like at what ratio should the mines be at early on, then later on what they should be around the highest level depending on planet size. And maybe include how to build up facilities too.
