how do you gain honour points?
I used to think that you get them for attacking a stronger player or when a stronger player attacks you and that you lose them when attacking someone weaker then you
but now I don't know anymore since I just got my ass kicked by a combined attack of someone in top 100 (they sent 200 death stars my way and I didn't get anything at all, not even a moon )

You only get points for the parts of the attackers fleet you destroy. As he did not lose anything to your defenses you don't get any HP he only losses HP for the damage he did.

To gain honor points, you need to attack people who you see in yellow.
